She also plays the piano and the trumpet. She began ringing at Oak Grove Lutheran church in 2nd grade in her hometown state of Minnesota. Amanda continued to ring handbells at St. Olaf College while also studying dance and English. After graduating in 2019, Amanda moved to Omaha to complete a year of service with the Lutheran Volunteer Corps. She joined the bell choir at Trinity Lutheran Church and continues to ring with them on Sundays. Amanda works as an Administrative Assistant at an elementary school. In her spare time, she takes dance classes with the Moving Company at the University of Omaha, Nebraska.
